I see

Yes, the All tags view is not very helpful when you're trying to get to the topics that interest you. I use it only when I'm trying to check whether a tag exists. The "Filter tags" search field helps with that.

Much more useful are Tags / Questions with tags I follow, and Tags / Tags I follow. Once I've started following a tag, I can quickly get to relevant topics from either page.
